I'm a Forward Deployed Engineer at IBM, and the simplest way I describe what I do is: I close the gap between an AI investment and a Generative/Agentic AI solution actually running in production. That gap is where most enterprises stall, not because of a lack of ambition, but because advisory and consulting can only take you so far. The FDE role is different. I'm embedded directly inside client environments, scoping real problems against real codebases and real data, and building end-to-end agentic and GenAI solutions that exit as working software, not a shelved proof of concept.

My core focus is production delivery: standing up agents, tools, and backend APIs; integrating foundation models into live infrastructure, legacy data silos, and security perimeters; and hardening everything through evals, observability, and governance so clients can actually trust and operate what we build together. Every engagement I run is gated on measurable outcomes and exits with a client team that can own it.
