I lead the global software practices and Digital Competency program for Schlumberger, a technology Leader in the Energy sector. Here, I am responsible for the practices we adopt (ex. Agile, DevOps, Product Management, UX etc.), software product governance, the technology tooling ecosystem and driving the competencies and skills needed for enabling globally distributed software product teams to safely and securely build, deliver and operate both Cloud hosted and on-premise software solutions. I believe that the “organizational culture and mindset” is the foundation of successfully engaged teams and continuously strive to break down siloes and enable clarity via shared understanding and a strong vision and strategy at all levels. I therefore work closely with Business, Dev and Operations to enable this. I am also involved in driving Innovation and innovation initiatives in the organization.
Prior to this role, I have held various Software Engineering roles (both technical and management) for over 15 years. I am a yoga “enthusiast” and mother to two lovely children. I have an inherent passion on bringing “authentic” diversity in teams, to empowering more Girls in STEAM and Women in Technology and am always keen to find opportunities to pave it forward where I can.... #LeanIn
