I’m a Dubai-based speaker, executive coach, mentor and strategic advisor with over 18 years of international corporate experience spanning the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Having held leadership roles at PwC and Novo Nordisk, I’ve spent much of my career navigating organisational transformation, sustainability, stakeholder engagement and the complexities of working across diverse cultures and business environments.

I’m also a trained Level 3 coach with additional training in NLP, and I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour: why we think the way we do, make the decisions we make, and occasionally get spectacularly in our own way.

Through my platform, Space to Think, I explore leadership, self-awareness, personal growth, relationships and the psychology behind our everyday choices.

As a speaker and facilitator, I bring together corporate insights, behavioural perspectives, relatable stories and a healthy dose of humour to create conversations that make people think, question assumptions and perhaps see things a little differently.
