Throughout her career, Tanya has worked with a wide range of clients from startups to Fortune 100 firms, contributing to CRM strategy adoption excellence, integration and automation to support organic growth, innovation and adoption. She leads a North American team of professionals across Professional Services, Support, Relationship Management and Project Management. She is recognized for her such as problem-solving, leadership, strategic planning, technical expertise, and her ability to distill complex issues into manageable bites.

Currently, Tanya serves as a Sr. Director leading the Microsoft Dynamics + Power Platform practice at SS&C Technologies, a global FinTech company and Microsoft Gold Partner, where she plays a key role in customer success across the Microsoft Dynamics + Power Platform product suite. Passionate about continuous learning and professional development, Tanya stays ahead of industry trends by engaging in thought leadership events like the Dynamics User Group, Microsoft conferences, speaking at and attending wealth tech conferences and diving deeper into all things AI!

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys being a sideline coach for skiing, basketball and soccer for her twin boys, and managing a Kids Coding club to teach the next generation about AI. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in kids technical and financial literacy.
