After nearly 20 years leading operations across hospitality and multi-site businesses, he experienced firsthand how critical information becomes trapped across disconnected systems. That experience inspired him to build ForgeStack, a platform that brings compliance, maintenance, labour, sales and operational data together into a single AI-powered decision engine.

Today, ForgeStack is working with enterprise customers across South Africa, helping operators identify risks, improve accountability and prevent costly operational failures before they happen.
