Bingzhuo Tian is a 2023 undergraduate in Applied Physics at Hebei University of Technology and President of the AI Innovation Society. Active in campus open-source communities, he has organized cross-university hackathons and open-source training camps, and served as a teaching assistant for open-source learning programs. His frontline experience in managing corporate partnerships revealed governance gaps between commercial collaboration models and student volunteer protections. He led his society in establishing its first compliance review mechanism for campus-corporate collaboration and in formally recognizing non-code contributions. He is currently drafting the Campus-Corporate Collaboration SOP and the Student Contributor Rights Manifesto, aiming to institutionalize the spirit of "Community Over Code" within university ecosystems.
