Digital Transformation, she has been instrumental in spearheading the integration of digital

operational stability and efficiency within the complex and heavily regulated financial
landscape.

In her role as a Functional Leader within Personal Investing at Fidelity Investments, Tiffany was responsible for the strategic oversight of the overarching digital strategy. This entailed shaping the direction of the digital ecosystem, encompassing product development, technology implementation and talent management.
