Wardley Mapping - Getting started with collaborative mapping
(This is a hands-on lab with limited capacity)
For centuries, maps have helped us to orientate ourselves in impassable terrain, plan routes and find paths to our destination. Wouldn't it be desirable to have maps for the context in which our projects take place? Wardley Maps are just that: maps to create situational awareness, make decisions, develop strategies, communicate and challenge assumptions. In this session you will learn what Wardley Maps are, what they can be used for and how they are created. The session is very interactive, you will create your own maps, both independently and collaboratively as a team. After the session you will be able to decide where maps might be useful for you and how to create them. Come on, let's draw a map!
