Copilot Agents: Connecting Frontline workers with the back office
Many frontline processes are still managed on paper, but more organizations are using Power Apps to digitize processes, standardize data collection, and improve documentation. In this session, we’ll take it a step further by integrating Copilot Agents into canvas apps, making it even easier for frontline workers to retrieve information and complete tasks. Using an inspection app as an example, we'll show how maintenance workers can perform inspections, submit reports, and automatically notify the back office. You'll learn how to integrate Copilot Agents in different ways within your canvas apps and trigger workflows to automate processes.
