Tramain Watkins, BA, CDT, brings over three decades of experience in the dental laboratory industry, with a career spanning leadership, technical innovation, and clinical collaboration. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Education at National Dentex Labs, he develops and delivers education programs that improve outcomes for dentists, technicians, and lab teams nationwide.
Throughout his career, Tramain has built and led high-performing training programs, including enterprise-wide technician education and digital workflow implementation. He has held leadership roles in guided surgery, technical training, and lab operations, providing expertise in case planning, troubleshooting, and implant placement support.
A respected educator and lecturer, Tramain specializes in implant-supported restorations and digital dentistry solutions, including Exocad workflows. His teaching style focuses on practical application, helping clinicians and technicians improve efficiency, predictability, and patient outcomes.
