Stop, take a pause and Restart

In this VUCA world and the the current pandemic we are living in such uncertainty the working styles have changed drastically.. there is a significant shift in the working ways and team had to almost become individual contributors
we have came up with many innovative ways to renew the confidence of the team though staying separated, we can still work together as a team..
Examples on how we could successfully conduct all the Scrum ceremonies with out loosing the crux of the same and also ways of building trust and confidence in the team that they can deliver
Also while we had hope that offices will open up soon when we saw a downward trend beginning of the year, now with the second wave rising the morale of the team is taking a big toll.
How we are working on the ways to engage the teams more and more to boost their morale
In Summary: the pandemic has thrown a huge challenge to us and we are here to beat it and win it with flying colors....
