Wade has worked in multiple areas in the insurance industry over the past 15 years. This includes positions as a claim associate, claims manager, and business analyst. Wade has focused his time over the last year and a half as the State Auto Claims Digital Transformation Product Owner with the goal of providing the customer with a digital experience where they can not only report their claims but they can also manage their claim.
