I am a lecturer in the Master's program for management and organization of educational systems at Beit Berl College, as well as a professional development director of educational programs for districts and municipalities. Currently, I am awaiting approval for my PhD in social-emotional learning for teachers in simulation-based learning from Bar-Ilan University. My research interests include educational workshops, coaching and mentoring, social-emotional learning, and effective teaching practices for K-12 students.
