Yannick calls himself "a Scrum master with a heart for developers".
This makes sense because he himself was a software developer for more then 10 years!

He worked for alle kinds of companies big and small, local and international, developing solutions for his customers. But after seeing lots of implementations of Agile done poorly, making life of developers hard and unsatisfying, Yannick turned his attention to becoming a Scrum Master. Because he knew the there has to be a better life for developers out there, and he believed proper implemented Agile and Scrum was going to help!

What was not expected was that this change in his career path, would activate a passion for Agile, personal development and a love for teaching even Yannick did not know he possessed! And within three years he went from developer to Agile Tribe lead and knowledge specialist. Collecting almost all certifications he could find and even taking and passing the toughest Exams in Scrum, the PSM3!

Now Yannick spends his time working with scrum teams at customers, teaching internally and externally to developers and would be scrum masters.
He is a coach within the Agile tribe of Team Rockstars IT, but he never loses his first goal, making life for developers better!

PSM3: Conquering the Scrum.org black slope.

I have snowboarded for 20 plus years, and while I have become great at it. Something had always scared me about the Black slope.

One day I while I thought I was following a friend, I found myself accidentally half way down a black slope, with no way back. I followed the wrong orange jacket!
After the first scare, I found I actually already had all the skills I needed to get down this black slope, turning them from a scary place into a exciting challenge.

This experience I want to give to my audience, the PSM3 and PSPO3 exams are considered 'scary' certification exams, but by showing people what they truly are, I hope to turn them into an exciting challenge!

Key Takeaways:
- What are the differences between the different certifications and their levels.
- What makes the PSM3, and PSPO3 truly the black runs of Scrum.org.
- How to prepare for the exams.
- Get a small taste of the experience on taking the exams (mock questions and interactions on answers)
