Zach Stone has been a group process facilitator for 17 years. He has trained over 15,000 individuals from over 27 countries in behavioral science theory and practice. He co-founded a firm that uses techniques to rebuild war zones for organizational dynamics. He embedded with high-pressure organizations as a consultant in public transportation, healthcare, and emergency services for 8 years before becoming a full-time agilist. He has been a featured speaker or keynote for the International Trauma Conference, Apple, the Department of State-Sponsored Programs, the Association for Continuing Higher Education, Wharton Business School, and others.

Zach has worked in the private, public, non-profit, and quasi-governmental sectors supporting agile teams across the entire SDLC. He works for Elsevier as a senior delivery manager.
