Using Teams to Keep Users Up-To-Date on Changes and Updates in M365

Teams is an amazing communication tool that can be used to keep your users in the know on new features, feature updates, new tools, and more. Through the Planner Sync feature from the Message Center we are able to triage cards and determine if it requires governance, administrator actions, announcements, resource guides, training and more.
Additionally, the use of Teams to allow users to ask questions and crowd source feedback or have a service desk technician reach out can increase adoption and simplify support!
This is especially useful for users in the GCC (government community cloud) environments where users have a hard time finding accurate information on what they actually have access to!
