Abstract:
Multimodal design panel. We will discuss how we consider and utilize all the modalities, speech, sound, touch (in particular) to develop interaction and brand moments that create delightful customer experiences. This presentation/panel will include how we think about the use of different modalities, and incorporate UX Writing talent (not “copywriters”). We will also talk about best practices in unifying design teams of different backgrounds for the best customer experience.
