Dynamic work: how to future-proof your organization

Needless to say, COVID-19 forced many organizations to fundamentally change the way they work. In this session, we'll share insights and lessons about getting tech infrastructure right, rethinking workspaces, and cultivating great organizational cultures to keep you ahead of whatever comes next.

Innovating Direct Services with Modern Identity Management

In 2021, Okta for Good invited a small number of organizations including NetHope members to apply for hybrid grants (cash, product credit, and pro bono technical assistance) thru a new program called the Okta for Good Innovation Lab. The goal of the Innovation Lab is to support organizations that have both the vision and capacity to develop novel, direct, digital services for vulnerable populations. This session will explore one of the winning proposals, including the multi-year roadmap that Okta and this NetHope member will execute together to achieve impact at scale.
