Governing AI in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM: Hallucinations to Precision

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM is rapidly becoming AI-driven. In spite of this early adoption, many organizations grapple with the questions of compliance, privacy concerns and contractual requirements around cyber-security, data governance and assurance of quality.

In this session, Adebanke Ajayi draws on her experience at the intersection of law, AI governance, and Microsoft Business Applications to unpack the most common compliance blind spots in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

Attendees will learn how to deploy AI within Dynamics 365 CE/CRM while maintaining control over customer data while minimizing the risk of hallucinated responses via the effective incorporation of human- in- the-loop mechanisms without slowing innovation or overwhelming users.

The session focuses on real-world scenarios, including procurement workflows, data access, approvals, and AI-assisted decision-making. Participants will be equipped with a clear framework for developing a hybrid workflow of man and machine (LLMS) in designing audit-ready, regulator-defensible business applications that support growth while managing risk.
