Adel Flici is a seasoned Microsoft Cloud consultant with seventeen years of experience delivering complex Digital Transformation programmes across multiple industries. Adel holds a PhD in Data Analytics Research from Brunel University. He is a certified Microsoft AI Associate and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Adel started his career in academia, advising leading FMCG companies on cutting-edge AI solutions to improve their marketing performance. He went on to spend seven years in Financial Services, working on a multi-year global digital transformation programme for a prestigious financial institution. Adel then specialised in Microsoft Business Applications, Data & AI, and Industry Cloud implementations, playing a catalyst role in many organisations' business transformation journeys. He is the founder of Finsights Ltd, a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner.

Adel is a keen sportsman, football fan and family man.
