As a graduate student currently attending Providence College, who also teaches ESL Social Studies at the middle school level, Adreishka Luciano Hennigan’s academic and professional interests include linguistics, East Asian history, Asian-American history, public history, preservation, and pedagogy. Her work with the National Park Service, and the Providence Preservation Society as an intern allowed her to explore her love of history through archival work, research, and the publishing of an online article. Her personal hobbies include learning new languages, writing original music for her band, and antiquing when the opportunity arises.
