My path — from DBA to Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft to Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudera, has given me the privilege of operating at every layer of the stack.
That experience allows me to set technical direction with credibility while keeping the conversation grounded in business outcomes.
Across my career I’ve led platform modernizations (legacy → cloud-native lakehouse), designed enterprise data architectures (Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, Impala, Microsoft Solutions, Databricks, etc), and coached technical teams through complex adoption cycles.

I’m most effective at the intersection of strategy and execution, where architecture decisions meet stakeholder alignment and team development.

I believe in coaching as a leadership method: teach people how to build, give them the right tools, and the impact multiplies across the organization.

As a volunteer, I've been an international speaker for multiple events related to the data community in LATAM for the last 15 years. ​
