Aga Skraburska is Head of Product Education at Nexthink, a Digital Employee Experience Management company, where she leads a suite of educational products that help users master the Nexthink platform. Over the past two years, she has led AI adoption on two fronts: inside her own team, from individual capability through to process redesign, and in the products themselves — rebuilding Nexthink's product education so that it is AI-driven and fits how people actually learn now.
For nearly two decades, she has held product and program roles at ABB, UBS, and a number of startups, building global learning, leadership, and transformation programs. Trained in systems-psychodynamic approaches to learning and coaching, Aga works at the intersection of two things that rarely meet — organizational strategy and genuine human awareness. She speaks the language of systems, data, and leadership, and also the language of culture, motivation, and what people actually fear when their role starts to change. She coaches individuals and teams through exactly that shift.
