Ahmed Nasr is a PhD researcher in maritime cybersecurity at Tallinn University of Technology, working at the intersection of AI agents and maritime open-source intelligence. He designed and built ShipCrawler, an agentic OSINT platform that investigates sanctions-evading vessels from open data, along with the orchestration and evaluation infrastructure that makes its output reproducible. He also founded Oversight, an Estonian cybersecurity consultancy.
