For over 25 years, I have been technical and business leader in complex, enterprise-scale technical environments delivering digital transformation through Enterprise Content Management Systems, technology integrations, and their underlying infrastructure.

My applied expertise in business processes, governance, content management systems, accessible web technologies, multilingual websites, cloud computing, technology infrastructure, and process automation help design and implement systems that allow complex things run well together, regardless of culture, industry, or technology.

As a manager, coach, and mentor, I've facilitated the professional development of many transitioning into technology roles and created bespoke growth plans for their skills. Many are now leading contributors to the Drupal project and other open source software communities. Being a "force multiplier" for developer contribution efforts has been an honor.

I hold a STEM MBA from the University of California Davis, with emphases in Strategic Management, Organizational Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Product Owner and Master (CSPO/CSM), and hold a certificate of Advanced Project Management from Stanford University. And a bunch of other technical certs over the years. :)

In life before Spatial Path... as CEO and co-founder of Hook 42 I transformed a small organization into a leading global Drupal contributor - placing Hook 42 among the top global agency contributors for three consecutive years. Hook 42 was founded in 2012 and was closed due to complications from COVID-19 in 2021.
