Aimee McLean is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner offering over 12 years’ experience in project leadership and project delivery, within a cross section of industries deploying both bespoke and COTS packages, with the last 3 focused on Agile organizational and team coaching.
With a grounding in PMBOK approaches and methods as a project manager, Aimee is now focused on developing her Agile transformation client portfolio and has spent the last few years developing those skills as an Agile coach and trainer.
Aimee is trained and mentored by the creator of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland, and currently works as an Agile Coach. Aimee is adept at coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners at all levels, and concentrates on providing solutions for inspection and adaption throughout the organization.
Aimee is experienced in working with cross-functional teams from varied backgrounds, with a strong belief that communication and creativity are the keys to leadership. She is able to motivate and develop high performing teams, through coaching, mentorship, and visual management.

Planting Seeds for Thought
This interactive workshop will use visual, auditory, reading/writing and kinesthetic techniques to illustrate how effort and time differ. The activity provided will be easily translated so all participants can take the exercise back to his/her organization and use it in small settings or in large groups.
