In this workshop we'll present a new way of thinking about Imposter Syndrome - your Imposter Monster! You'll learn:
* What the research really says about imposterism (spoiler alert - YOU are not the problem. Environments are!)
* Why and when you are likely to experience imposter feelings
Then you’ll meet your Imposter Monster, and we’ll discuss how to turn them from a whisper that makes you feel small to a champion who helps you do hard things.
This session is for anyone who has ever been made to feel like they weren’t good enough.
