Ajara Marie Bomah is a business strategist, ecosystem builder, and public sector leader with over 18 years of experience across business development, digital innovation, media communications, and governance in the U.S. and Africa. She is the Founder of Women Mean Business and Co-Founder of Launchpad Africa, with a focus on empowering women entrepreneurs, advancing digital inclusion, and strengthening leadership and investment readiness across Sierra Leone and the Mano River region.

Ajara serves as President of the Internet Society Sierra Leone Chapter and Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Youth Advocate Program (SLYAP), where she champions youth leadership, civic engagement, and digital capacity development. Deeply engaged in governance and ecosystem development, she plays a key role in shaping conversations around entrepreneurship, policy, and inclusive economic growth across Sierra Leone, the Mano River region, and Africa as a whole.
