Switching over to legitimate business in the early 1990s, he has accrued over 30 years of comprehensive in-business IT experience in large enterprises: systems administration, networking, storage, cybersecurity, and technical training. During this period, he obtained a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on behavioral modification and learning theory.
