Hammed Ajibade is Head of Engineering at Thankyu Ltd, working on Pulse, a UK care-technology product. He has 7+ years of experience building and running production systems across care technology, national-scale payments (Remita) and smart-meter operations. At ThankYu he introduced AI-native engineering workflows that make AI part of day-to-day investigation, coding and review while keeping verification and engineering judgement in the loop. He also builds Ubriot, a mobile release platform with signing, OTA updates, approval boundaries, audit trails and AI-assisted failure diagnosis, and FlowProof, an open-source tool for reproducible bioinformatics pipelines with exact provenance. He holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science (Distinction) from the University of Hull and is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP, BCS). His focus is making software teams faster without making their systems more fragile.
