Hi, I’m Akriti, UX researcher at OneSpan. I’ve worked in the retail and security sectors as a designer and researcher, with about 1.5yrs of industry experience. I specialize in mixed-methods research and am interested in finding direction through chaos (of user data). I value a well-implemented design process and strongly believe in the power of design to derive change. I have some opinions about the sprint process which I hope resonate with the community. Apart from work, I love trying out new activities, riding my bike along the river, going bouldering, etc. I’m also a trained dancer, an activity I use quite often to destress :)

My background in UX comes from my Bachelor’s at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Guwahati) and Master’s at the University of Toronto (iSchool).
