Akshita Dixit is a backend systems architect and current Backend Engineer at PhonePe, focusing on platform reliability, scalability, and developer infrastructure. She thrives on eliminating friction in the engineering lifecycle and building zero-fault tolerance into high-value transactional systems. At PhonePe, she leads initiatives that bridge the gap between complex business logic and flawless execution. She has engineered solutions ranging from bespoke Context Propagation frameworks that fix critical observability loss in asynchronous flows, to self-serve platforms that reduce campaign go-live times from weeks to days.

When she isn't writing code to keep distributed traces intact, Akshita is an active mentor and community leader. As a former Hackathon Coach for Major League Hacking, she enjoys breaking down complex system architectures into digestible, actionable insights for other engineers.
