Alade Richard is a Power Platform Developer who pivoted into Microsoft low-code, no-code tool in 2022. With no background in coding, he has been able to build up his expertise in building in-house business applications, automating repetitive business processes in an insurance firm and is part of the team driving adoption of Power Platform in an African known insurance organization.

A self taught developer, Richard is continually improving his skillset both technically and administratively. His passion and desire is to be a leading voice in driving the awareness in adoption of low-code tools across businesses in Nigeria and Africa at large.
