Alejandro Ricatti is Head of Engineering at ConCntric, where he leads the engineering organization and architecture of the company's construction technology platform. He designed and built the initial version of Amplify, ConCntric's agentic AI system, and continues to lead its evolution from a relatively simple LLM agent into a production platform for autonomous workflows.
He has more than 17 years of experience building software systems across the US, Europe and Latin America, including previous work with Ring/Amazon on large-scale data privacy infrastructure. His background spans distributed systems, cloud architecture, security and engineering leadership, with a current focus on building agentic AI systems that can safely interact with real production data and workflows.
