Alexander Loveyko, Esq. is a Miami-based attorney with a focus on IP, entertainment, internet, startup, and web3 law. In recent years, Mr. Loveyko has been working closely with a variety of Web3 clients, providing legal advice and guidance on the complex legal landscape of the emerging blockchain and decentralized technologies.

He has helped clients navigate the regulatory and legal challenges of launching initial coin offerings (ICOs), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (DApps) during his practice.

He has also recently served as one of the mentors for Moonbeam Accelerator program operated by Rokk3r and supported by leading Web3 venture capital firms Arrington Capital, Borderless Capital, and Paka, as an IP Rights and NFT Licensing mentor for the 2023 Cohort.
