I am an experienced technology manager with over twenty years of enterprise IT experience. At work, I lead a team of world-class cloud engineers that help customers deploy workloads to the Azure cloud across the Americas.

I am passionate about learning, coaching, teaching, and building inclusive teams that share the values of integrity, respect, and accountability. I thrive on applying my skills and experience in working through complex projects or to supports others to deliver successful outcomes that deliver value to our customers, the team, and the company. When I see an opportunity, I like to take the imitative to either suggest a solution or to drive towards a solution.

Besides my management skills and other soft skills, my technical skills include cloud-native architecture, particularly in Azure using container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, ACA, etc. I have extensive experience building solutions with services such as API Management, Databases, Storage, ServiceBus, Azure Functions, LogicApps, Search, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, etc. Furthermore, I have advanced skills in application development architecture and full-stack application development in languages and frameworks such as C#, Go, Rust, Java, Javascript, Typescript, Java, React, Angular, etc. I can lead discussions at all levels in areas such as security, DevOps, high availability, scalability, resiliency, and others.

Outside of work, I like to keep learning, particularly about technology, investing, and finances. I have delivered sessions on topics such as software development, AI, investing, and personal finances to others; particularly minorities. I am a builder who likes tinkering with electronics, 3D design, and 3D printing. I also like to travel to experience new places and cultures.
