Industrial engineer with experience in value network digital transformation, performance management and education in STEM programs. In my professional background, I have worked in project management with agile framework as well as waterfall.

I enjoy contributing to design improvements in processes for organizations with focus on Innovation, Customer Experience (CX) and Digital (tech implementation & people adoption). I am eager to think how to face the new challenges derived from a new normal, that's why I focus my personal interest in a mix of hard (build tech know-how, specialize for work) and soft skills (learn to learn, create and solve, growth mindset, apply collaborative intelligence).

I always keep on mind that achieving a big picture and thinking out/in (of) the box are skills that need to be learned for a digital world throughout training, hands on projects and entrepreneurship.
