Ali has been serving international clients with a nexus in the UAE for the best part of a decade, with a focus on web3 over the past three years. Retained clients include exchanges, OTC desks, RWA tokenisation projects, infrastructure, DePin and marketing. Ali sat on the focus groups for VARA in 2022 and works with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department in devising and designing ecosystem augmentation programmes, such as web3 legal hackathons. Ali is also the co-chair of the Institute of Directors web3 Special Interest Group in the UK and a member of the Middle East Stablecoin Association.
