Alicen Rushevics is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Rhetoric, Politics, & Culture in the Department of Communication Arts. Her research focuses on discourses of reparation and apology, U.S. imperialism in the Pacific, and global indigenous human rights.
