Alicia is a Certified Public Accountant, leadership educator, and founder of We are Human First, an initiative dedicated to helping organizations build more ethical, compassionate, and sustainable workplaces.

Drawing from an uncommon combination of expertise in accounting, psychology, theology, and organizational leadership, Alicia helps leaders rethink how they hire, manage, and develop people. Professionally, Alicia has worked across public accounting, finance, human resources, nonprofit leadership, and business consulting. This broad experience allows her to connect leadership theory with the everyday realities face by managers, business owners, and finance professionals.

She is also pursuing her Doctor of Ministry with a focus on prophetic preaching and the theology of human dignity in modern workplaces, exploring how organizations can honor the inherent worth of every personal while achieving meaningful results.
