The Bot Who Replaced Me: Automating SRE with Multi-Agent AI
At Electrolux, our SRE team was overwhelmed by a high volume of routine tasks and requests, which often prevented us from focusing on more critical, high-priority issues. To address this, we developed InfraAssistant, an AI-powered solution designed to automate key operational tasks such as infrastructure management, user onboarding, and response to internal requests. This shift helped reduce manual workload and significantly improved our operational efficiency.
InfraAssistant is built on specialized agents that collaborate to autonomously manage complex tasks, reducing the need for constant human intervention. This session will dive into the design and orchestration of these agents, highlighting how agent are defined and orchestrated.
We’ll show how InfraAssistant is helping the SRE team by handling day-to-day operations, reducing manual toil, and improving the overall management of complex infrastructure.
