Her team listens wherever drivers speak and surface opportunities to improve their day-to-day experience in the last mile. Armed with anecdotes and data, her team partners with internal business teams to prioritize the most impactful actions that make Flex the gig of choice for over 800,000 Flex drivers worldwide.
