Alison is the Open Source Community Manager at Indeed and co-founder of the Open Source Community Managers group. She leads the communications team for the FOSS Responders initiative and is a co-lead for their events team. Alison is committed to helping non-profits thrive. She is also passionate about building programs and has spoken at a number of high profile events including FOSDEM, SXSW, and Dreamforce. Prior to joining Indeed, Alison built social media programs from the ground up for Cloudera, Informatica, and SunPower. She was part of the Corporate Communications team that led Cloudera through IPO. Alison holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Davis.
