I started my carrier as a software engineer and slowly drove toward management. As a leader, wearing a developer's shoes, as well as understanding work culture and management skills helped me to bring ideas to build trust, happiness, and a comfortable environment for the team.
My learning journey was not easy. As a woman, I got married to a joint family and lived with 13 members in a house. Balancing everyone's requirements was challenging, and bringing trust between all the members to stay jointly made me think outside of the box. As a mother, balancing my carrier with twin kids gears me to stay well-planned and organized.
I volunteer for Women in Agile, and I appreciate the opportunities it provides to boost women to come forward with ideas and overcome their fear. Being a part of this organization motivates me to help other women to participate and learn the techniques that helped to overcome my fear.
