Actions
Allan Kissi Okyere is a speaker, writer and spoken word poet who explores why people do what they do and how that shapes the brands, places and communities they trust. He is Head of AI and Development at Xylem and the founder of Chopa, a QR ordering and mobile money payment platform for restaurants, and SkillSphere, a skills and talent community. His signature talk, The Meaning Gap, argues that people respond to the meaning they attach to events and not to the events themselves, and that whoever shapes that meaning shapes behavior. He has spoken to more than 2,000 people in 2026 and is the overall winner of the Global Arts in Medicine Fellowship talent show.
