Dr. Allison B. Peters is the Assistant Dean for Retention and Engagement in FSU’s Division of Undergraduate Studies. Her work focuses on developing programming and high-touch outreach initiatives that support undergraduate student persistence. She leads cross-divisional groups that analyze university processes and the student experience, seeking solutions to barriers to re-enrollment. Her professional experiences also include general ed administration, campus activities, and residence life.
