Alfred Ojukwu is a well-known Technology Industry Certification Expert and a Senior Surface Specialist in Health and Life Sciences, a 14-year veteran at Microsoft. He has been in the industry since completing his undergraduate studies at Lincoln University, Missouri, and later his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Mr. Ojukwu is the 2023-2024 Worldwide Global Chair of Blacks at Microsoft (affectionately known as BAM). In this role he cherishes the delivery of quality programming to a targeted audience within the Microsoft community and around the globe. Alfred is intimately involved with several community-building exercises including the (BAM) High School Summer mentorship program, National Society of Black Engineers, (NSBE), HISIG, Microsoft GIVE Events supporting the BAM College Scholarship initiative, Black History Month programming for BAM WW and Health, and Life Science Educational Series for Black Employees in Healthcare. He is also a strong ally for all Employee Resource Groups and strives to ensure Microsoft employees and BAM members can work in an inclusive environment where all individuals are accepted as their true authentic selves. He is a highly skilled influencer who can collaborate with others to inspire the growth of DE&I programming through every part of the organization. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) focusing on AI Based Certifications.
