My name is Alyona Kostneko. I am Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, Senior Business Analyst. I occupy a few positions at my company. I am from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Few words about my background. I’ve been working at IT companies for more than 12 years. My journey into Business Analysis started in 2016. I entered production as a Technical Writer. Further, already in the role of BA, I worked in such domains as Healthcare, Travel and Hospitality, Telephony, Cloud Computing, Fintech, Social Media etc.
I have decided to become a Product Owner, because I have always been curious, empathic to the end users regarding their needs and wants. Obtaining this position helped me to have a vision, lead by influence and get true alignment with the development team and stakeholders. Scrum Master diploma comprehended the new heights and helped me to manifest more regarding SCRUM practice, not only about the product. Learning Scrum, of course, also helped me to grow personally.
