I’m the CEO of DrcMind, a growing tech education initiative, and a passionate MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) expert with years of experience driving impact in humanitarian and development projects. I’m also honored to be a Google Developer Expert for Firebase, a U.S. Department of State CEE Program Alumni, and an active GDG Kivu organizer, supporting developer communities across Francophone Africa.
