Amber DeBono, Ph.D., is the Director of Research for Winston Preparatory School's Innovation Lab. She earned her Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology at the State University of New York at Albany, M.A. in Psychology at Hunter College, and B.A in Psychology at the University of Arizona. Her expertise in advanced research methods and statistical analysis, coupled with her expertise in Social-Personality Psychology is helping the Innovation Lab's research team bring their research to practice. Her primary current research interests are: social and emotional learning, predicting student success, and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
